मैं एतद्वारा घोषणा करता/करती हूं कि मैंने उपरोक्त परीक्षा कार्यक्रम सम्बन्धी ग्रामीण मुक्त विद्यालयी शिक्षा संस्थान की विवरणिका (क) प से पूर्णतः संतुष्टि उपरान्त ही परीक्षा हेतु आवेदन किया है/ कर रहा रही हूँ। मेरे पास इस परीक्षा हेतु न्यूनतम आवश्यक योग्यता है तथा आवेदन पत्र में प्रस्तुत विवरण सत्य है। किसी भी स्तर पर पाया गया तो बोर्ड को अधिकार होगा कि मेरी परीक्षा निरस्त कर दें अथवा मुझे परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने से रोक दें। मैं बोर्ड के नियम / उपनियम पालन करने का वचन देता देती हूँ।

I hereby declare that I have read and understood the Prospectus of Grameen Mukt Vidhyalayi Shiksha Sansthan and after being fully satisfied with the recognition status, have applied for examination. I have the minimum qualification prescribed for the examination and the information given in the application form is correct. At any stage, on finding the details incorrect Board has right to cancel the and regulations of the Board. examination or debar from appearing in the examination, I promise to follow the rules

ग्रामीण मुक्त विद्यालयी शिक्षा संस्थान की परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने हेतु आवेदक द्वारा निम्न घोषणा देना अनिवार्य है।

The following declaration must be furnished by each student appearing in the examination to Grameen Mukt Vidhyalayi Shiksha Sansthan

मैंने ग्रामीण मुक्त विद्यालयी शिक्षा संस्थान द्वारा संचालित पाठ्यक्रमों की मान्यता / नियम एवं उपनियमों की जानकारी कर ली है, पूर्ण सन्तुष्टि उपरान्त ही जावेदन कर रहा रही है। य में किसी भी स्थिति में बोर्ड के नियमों के विपरीत नहीं जाऊंगा / जाऊंगी। यदि किसी प्रकार का विवाद हुआ तो बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष या इसके अधीन गठित गवर्निंग बॉडी के समिति के निर्णय से होऊंगी / होऊंगा तथा जमा शुल्क की वापसी की मांग नहीं करूंगा / करूंगी।

I have read about Recognition/Rules and Regulations etc. in respect of the programmes conducted by Grameen Mukt Vidhyalayi Shiksha Sansthan and fully satisfying myself this application in submitted. In future under no circumstances I shall go against the rules and regulations of the Board. In the event of any dispute ! agree to abide by the decision of the Board Chairman or a Committee of Governing Body constituted by and its decision shall be binding on all concerned.

Dispute / Legal Jurisdiction:- All disputes will be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only. सभी विवाद दिल्ली न्यायक्षेत्र के अधीन होंगे।
