Refund and Cancellation Policy
Grameen Mukt Vidhyalayi Shiksha Sansthan (GMVSS) aims to provide clarity on our refund and cancellation processes. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Course Enrollment Fees
   • All course enrollment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the payment has been processed.
   • We encourage you to thoroughly review the course details and ensure you meet the eligibility criteria before enrolling.
2. Course Cancellation by GMVSS
   • In the event that GMVSS cancels a course, students will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered a full refund of the enrollment fee or the option to transfer to another course of equal value.
   • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation.
3. Cancellation by Student
   • If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment, they must notify GMVSS in writing at least 30 days prior to the course start date.
   • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
   • In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, GMVSS may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
   • Supporting documentation may be required to process such requests.
5. Refund Process
   • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during enrollment.
   • Refunds will be issued within 30 business days of receiving the refund request and any required documentation.
6. Course Materials and Resources
   • Fees for course materials, resources, and other services are non-refundable once they have been accessed or dispatched.
   • Students are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning course materials in cases where a refund request has been approved.
7. Changes to Courses
   • GMVSS reserves the right to make changes to course content, schedules, and instructors as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students promptly.
   • In the unlikely event that a significant change affects the student's ability to complete the course, a refund or alternative arrangements may be offered.
